Bush Walking

Woodgate National Park is part of the Burrum Coast National Park, and provides a number of developed walking tracks.

The Board-walk is a wheel-chair friendly stroll, which starts from Acacia Street midway between 5th and 6th avenues, behind the Caravan Park. This is a raised timber walk-way over a tea-tree swamp and is a leisurely 800 metres return.

For the more active, consult the National Parks and Wildlife information service sheets re the Banksia Track, Bird-hide Walk and Melaleuca Tracks.
